- We have updated the About Me announcement in Workday to take your Nandoca straight to the Update my Personal information task. Please encourage your Nandocas to log into Workday and complete this task to support our Everyone is Welcome agenda.
Click here to visit Zendesk for all Workday guides and FAQs!

- All Nandocas should be able to reset their password by following this guide: How do I reset my password? Please always try this first before contacting the People Support Team (Remember your username is your email address)
- If you were struggling to remember your password and have entered it wrong too many times, your account will lock. Please wait 20 minutes and your account will auto-unlock and you will be able to try again.
- If you do not remember your Memorable answer, please log a ticket on Zendesk using the “I have a log in issue with Nandoca ID (including Workday) form. Where possible, please encourage the Nandoca to log a ticket themselves on Zendesk. This makes it easier for the PST to solve when they are communicating directly with the Nandoca and takes the task of your to do list.

- Please remember that all Maternity is now processed through Workday. For guidance on how to process this please see guide here
- MDs - Please make sure when you are processing any leavers in Workday that you are selecting 'YES' to making the position available for overlap if the position is remaining open
- We are seeing a number of rehires coming through that are not being merged with their original Nandoca record. This usually occurs when the candidate has not indicated on their application that they have previously worked for Nando's. If you know your candidate is a rehire please make sure you run the 'Find Duplicates for Candidate' task and merge their records before hiring. Please refer to the rehire guide here
- Please be aware when hiring new Nandocas it can take up to 3 hours for their account to be created within Okta after their hire process has been completed in Workday
- When contacting the People Support Team via Zendesk or Email please make sure you include the Name and Nandoca ID for the person who the issue is regarding as this makes it easier for us to quickly solve the issue for you
- Please remember to register any new Nandocas as a 'No Show' if they do not turn up for their first shift in order to prevent them being paid or accruing any holiday. This MUST be done within the current pay week. Please see guide here
- Please check out the Workday maintenance window guide so that you are aware of when Workday is unavailable
