- We have seen an increased number of Flying Higher sponsorship being put through without Right to Work being uploaded to Workday. Please remember as part of the Flying Higher process you must take a verified copy of their RTW and upload it against their profile on Workday. Please see guide here
- Please remember to process any Nandocas leaving Nando's on Workday before their last day. If this is not done correctly it can effect their pay and holiday accruals. Please see guide for processing leavers here
- When you are hiring new Nandocas please remember that they must be processed through Workday and have completed all of their onboarding tasks in Workday before their first day. If this is not done it will effect your Nandocas pay.
- It is essential that any Salaried Nandocas on Flexible Furlough log their working days on the Attendance App. If this is not done they will not be paid 100% for their working days.
- If you have a new Nandoca not turn up for their first day, please log them as a 'No Show' in Workday. This will ensure that their hire process is reversed and they don't accrue or get paid any holiday. This is the only circumstance in which the 'No Show' functionality should be used.
