

- We have now created a new feature in our Workday system which means that when putting anyone on Sabbatical they will be automatically returned on the estimated end date, you will not need to return them. Please note this is only for Sabbatical, for all other long term absences you must still return them in Workday.

- REMEMBER - Lunar Payroll cut off is 9am next Wednesday 14th October. All Manager checks for Salaried Nandocas on Flexible Furlough must be carried out before payroll cut off and all working days must be entered up until Sunday 18th October before cut off. For a reminder on how to conduct the manager checks please see this guide here
- Please remember when recruiting you will only be able to hire as many people against the requisition as you have selected available positions. Once all of the positions have been filled the Job Requisition will automatically close and decline the remaining candidates. If you wish to recruit more Nandocas than you had originally stated you should edit the Job Requisition before offering any candidates against it.
- If you need to change a hire date for any new recruits you must inform the People Support Team as soon as possible. Hire dates can not be changed after the proposed hire date has occurred.

To support those restaurants that have been signed off to recruit for new Nandocas externally, Nick Walk is running drop-in sessions for Patraos and AMs to “drop in” any time to ask anything you might be stuck on in this area.
